To place your order, simply complete the form below. We will quote you a price immediately on-line. We will then take you to our secure order form to arrange to send you our shipping kit. When you receive it, place your gown, and any other accessories you wish preserved, in the enclosed carton. We will have it picked up by UPS at your convenience, and at our expense.
No payment is due until we are ready to ship the gown back to you, however, a refundable deposit is required before we can send our shipping kit.
All gowns are insured for their full replacement value.
We provide personalized service
and take full responsibility for any gown, as well as all beads and trims,
entrusted to us until the gown is returned to you.
